Faido Hostel

Project Description.

The Faido Hostel of the Capuchins is located in the center of the Leventina Valley, and is positioned on Europe’s most important rail and road axis.

The facility is located within theold Seraphim Seminary next to the Capuchin convent dating back to 1607 and has 11 rooms.

Mad Innovation was entrusted with the task of restyling the company website targeted on the client’s goals and specific target audience.

Marketing Strategy and Positioning

Our first approach was analytical and strategic, thoroughly studying the project, the target creating buyer personas, its communication goals and existing competitors in order to set up an Operational Plan right from the start that would count on the right features and the best functionality both technical and UX navigation of the new website.

L’soul of the project was contextualization with the landscapes of Canton Ticino, given the territorial value of the hostel, and the excellences of the area itself through highlighting the various partners, area events, projects and initiatives. All this has given the Web Site a dynamic structure developed precisely to be performant, forward-looking and prepare for networking, including digital networking, among the various partners operating in the Valleys.

Web Site Development

The new Website was conceived according to the Strategic Marketing Plan shared with the Faido Hostel and the communication goals of the project, following User-centered design logic.

The corporate identity of the Faido Hostel dominates in the layout, with User Experience solutions that can be perfectly used even from all Mobile and Tablet devices in high definition.

The goal was to create a simple and intuitive website that represented all the features of the project.

SEO Optimization

To boost Web traffic performance, we defined a Local SEO strategy that would specifically and effectively enhance the client and its competitive advantages by positioning the new Website on search engines organically for specific keywords.

All pages were then optimized for SEO. The strategy started first with a Competitor and Online Industry Analysis at the Local level. The data generated allowed us to perform a Keywords Research to determine the Client’s strengths and competitive advantages.

The NEXT STAGE was that of On-Page SEO optimization on the website, which had already been prepared in the development phase.
